All of your exams have been graded and entered into the computer.  Today we are starting our projects in the media center.  Project
We will be working on this all week.  Please work diligently or you will not be able to complete it in the time we have available.  We will be presenting our projects on the last day of school.  You may work with one partner, but I don't really advise it.  This project will count as your final test grade and should help you to boost your grade a little.  DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME or you won't get done or at very least won't do well and then your grade will suffer...Don't be that guy.  Good luck and HAVE FUN!!

Sheesh it has been a long time since our last post.  Today we worked on our review packets for the final exam.  I am posting the key here so you can check your packet at home.  answer key.  You may make a thinking map for your final exam or you may select to use previous thinking maps.  Tomorrow we will be finishing our review and we will be starting projects in the media center on Monday. :)  this will be our last test!!!!   yeah!!!  Everything else shouyld be a great way to improve your grade!!!  Good luck

Today we finish chapter 9 with some additional factoring as well as some mulitplication and division of factors (notes part one and two) and Videos (part one ,two, three and four).  our assignment was p 547 1 (a and b), 2 (a and b) 3b and 11 and 16 AND p 555 1,2,3,4 (pick three on each).  Have a terrific Tuesday!!

Wow we are really on the home stretch now.  Today we are continuing with Chap 9 and the rational functions (notes) (video).  We are doing an assignment in the book (p 540 1,2,3,4 and 7) as well as reviewing factoring.  (I know one of your favorite things!!)  Our test on Chapter nine will be on Friday!!  Please plan accordingly.  Next week we will begin our final chapter before our final exam the Friday before Memorial Weekend!!!   Finish Strong!!

Wednesday 5/2

Today we started chapter 9 reviewing the distance formula.  We had a handout with some practice problems.  And we looked at pet pictures.  We have some really adorable furry friends.  We even had a visit form a real furry friend of Ms. Priests, so thanks to Rolly for coming to visit.  If you need review of the distance formula check here  video notes  handout
