Wish I was there.  Be very very well behaved...you know who you are.  if you need extra help first block go see Mr Landry and he will take care of you.  We are taking the chp 7 pre-test.  just do the best you can.  then we are going to the lab.  In the lab we are doing the following sections of review on Khan Academy--(be sure to sign in first and then go to practice)  1. Quadratic formula (do 15 problems) 2. Writing expressions (do 15 problems) 3. Writing expressions 2 (do 10 problems) 4.  Simplifying radicals (do 10)  use hints and video as needed.  Please do your best.  I am planning to see you tomorrow and expect you to have your best reports from the sub...I really do so please live up to my expectations...

We went to the computer lab to do some online review for exponents.  Go to Khanacademy.org
then sign in to your account.  Next go to practice and type exponents on the search bar.  Go to the first one that pops up (first) positive and zero exponents.  You need to do each section until you get ten correct.  Areas to do include :positive and zero exponenets, negative exponents, fractional exponents, negative fractional exponents, simplifying  expressions, and exponent rules.  I will go online to check your progress as you work.  Tomorrow we will start with logarithms :)  yeah!!
